Sailing Rallies was set up in 2012 to organise new and exciting global rallies and races, to make these events accessible to all and to promote safe sailing in company. Run by a team of experienced ocean sailors who understand what is needed in a modern rally and provide a level of personal service rarely found today, our events are focused on safety, convenience, fun and of course music! We believe our rallies are different because they are designed to allow those with limited time to take part in great sailing events by offering convenient start / finish times and locations. Choose to sail with us across the Atlantic or in the Baltic. If you are still planning or dreaming come to one of our forums and learn more about us. Click on one of the rally logos or the 'Events' tab above for all details.

What is it really like to spend Christmas at sea?
Author and respected yachting journalist Nicola Rodriguez dared to dream the impossible—seeing the world with her family of four. With careful planning her dream came true, allowing her to travel by yacht while raising her family. After cruising for 8 years on their return to the UK, Nicola wrote the book "Sail Away: How to escape the rat race and live the dream".
We are privileged to be able to share with you Nicola's magical memories of the Christmas they spent at sea. Read the wonderful extract entitled "200 Miles to Christmas" here.
